Prior to founding Shire, he served as the Chief Investment Officer at Canada's largest farmland investment manager, Bonnefield Financial Inc. Marcus is passionate about food and nutrition and its impact on human health. He believes proper nutrition is a cornerstone for health and prosperity.

Vu is a Founding Partner at Shire Capital Management and serves as its Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Shire, Vu developed his career at Brookfield Asset Management, a world-class leader in real asset and private market investments. During his time with Brookfield, Vu led financial and reporting functions across various business lines in Toronto, London, and Dubai. Vu's global experience has provided him critical experience and perspectives on establishing leading asset management operations.

Robert joined Shire after graduating from the University of Oxford with a degree in Economics and Management. Prior to joining Shire, Robert had work experience at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and the Institute of Economic Affairs, along with consulting projects and entrepreneurial endeavours. Outside of work, Rob enjoys rowing, running and cycling.
